Terms & Conditions

• Buffet service minimum 30 people are required and will be served in Cafe
• Stage & Decoration charges as per actual shared by decorators
• Advance amount for confirmation 50% of the estimate amount (Cancellation charges
  are applicable), 100% before check in. Booking amount is not refundable.
• Use of swimming pool is from 8:00AM to 07:00PM, post which chemical treatment
  /cleaning /Filtration will start.
• Visitors are not allowed /restricted inside the rooms of guests and require to use
  reception area only.
• Resort Management is not responsible for any loss of valuables/articles and guests are
  requested to take care of their personal belongings.
• Guests will be held responsible for loss or damage of the resort property by him/her or
  their family or friends.
• Any misbehavior by guests or by their family or friends will be seriously taken and the
  management will have all the right to initiate the process of checkout immediately.
• The entire premises are under CCTV coverage and appropriate decorum is expected
  from all the guests.
• Resort Management is not responsible for any accidents caused by guests inside or
  outside the premises of the resort.
• Guests are strictly prohibited from plucking any fruits or flowers , non-adherence will be
  imposed with a fine of Rs.500 /Fruit will be taken from the guest/family member.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in Rooms and Restaurant.
• Drinks and eatables are not permitted near the swimming pool and will be fined if the
  same is not followed by the guests.
• Outside food (drinks and eatables) are not allowed inside the resort.
• All Government rules and regulations need to be followed by each and every guest and
  any violations of the same will be taken seriously and guests will be directly responsible
  for it.
• ID proof for guests and contact number are mandatory before check-in.
• Free Wifi is provided in all rooms and resort premises.
• During power failures ACs will not be available. Rest power supply will be available
  through alternate power sources.
• Guests are advised to switch off the equipments when not in use
