Terms & Conditions – ARAV Resort

Welcome to ARAV Resort. We request all guests to kindly read and follow the below terms and conditions to ensure a safe, pleasant, and well-managed stay.

1. Booking & Payments

A minimum of 30 guests is required for buffet service, which will be served in the Café.
Stage and decoration charges are applicable as per actuals, as shared by our decorators.
To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment of the estimated amount is required.
The remaining balance (100%) must be cleared before check-in.
Please note that advance/booking amounts are non-refundable, and cancellation charges apply as per policy.

2. Swimming Pool Usage

The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM only.
Post this time, chemical treatment, filtration, and cleaning activities are carried out.
Food and drinks are strictly not permitted near the pool area. Violation will result in a fine.

3. Visitors & Room Access

Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms.
They may use only the reception or designated waiting areas for meetings.

4. Personal Belongings & Safety

The management is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.
Guests are requested to secure their valuables and keep their belongings safe at all times.
The resort will not be liable for accidents or injuries occurring within or outside the premises.

5. Property Damage & Misconduct

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by themselves, their family, or visitors.
Any misbehavior or misconduct by guests or their associates will lead to immediate checkout and further action if required.
The entire resort is under CCTV surveillance — guests are expected to maintain proper decorum at all times.

6. General Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and the restaurant.
Outside food, drinks, and eatables are not allowed within resort premises.
Plucking of fruits or flowers is strictly forbidden. Violation will incur a fine of ₹500 per fruit or as applicable.
All government rules and regulations must be followed. Guests are solely responsible for any violation.

7. Identification & Security

Valid ID proof and contact details of all guests are mandatory before check-in.
For safety reasons, resort staff may verify guest details during the stay if required.

8. Facilities & Utilities

Free Wi-Fi is available across all rooms and resort areas.
During power outages, AC units will remain unavailable, while other electrical services will continue through backup power.
Guests are requested to switch off lights and appliances when not in use.

9. Disclaimer

ARAV Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are requested to cooperate with resort management for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all visitors.
